The names of 27 WW I soldiers are recorded on an oil-painted commemorative memorial, formerly installed in l’Église St-Marc French Presbyterian Church in Ottawa. The author outlines the Church’s 19C origins and provides biographical sketches of the men commemorated, presumably from the congregation—both those who died and those who survived the 1914–1918 Great War.
