This pamphlet records two speeches given during a visit to Earnscliffe by members and guests of the HSO on June 18th 1998, at the invitation of the author, to mark the 100th anniversary of the Centennial Fund, an endowment fund created to assist in the operation of the Society. This pamphlet is the 3rd of the series to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the HSO (see also pamphlets #59, 60, 62 & 64).
